Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment for Whisk Services will be taken at the end of the trip using the card details you registered with us and which we will store for such purpose. You agree that we may verify and authorize your card details when you first join as well as when you use the Services. If you have registered multiple cards with us, Whisk will make reasonable effort to use the card specified for the trip in question. However, if said card does not have sufficient funds or is otherwise declined, Whisk reserves the right to distribute due charges to other cards that you have registered with us. Partial payment of an amount due, in now way relieves the customer of obligations to pay the balance.

Any fees that Whisk we may charge you for Transportation Services are due immediately and are non-refundable. This no refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, our decision to terminate your usage, and either accidental or planned disruption caused to our service. Whisk reserves the right to determine final prevailing pricing – pricing may change but will be available on the Whisk website. If you feel a billing error has occurred please notify us within 7 business days for review.

Whisk may make promotional offers with different features and different rates to any of our customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, shall have no bearing whatsoever on your offer or contract.

By using Whisk services you agree to conduct yourself in a courteous manner. Offensive or significantly erratic behavior towards drivers or others will be regarded as a breach of our terms of service.

We have the right to suspend accounts which we believe are engaged in transactions that may be fraudulent, illegal or involve any criminal activity or where we reasonably believe you to be in breach of these Terms;
